Jacob's 4th birthday was yesterday! I can hardly believe he is 4! He is getting so smart and says the funniest things! Last night we had our old neighbors (when we lived in the rental house) come over for cake and ice cream. Jacob got a bike from Ron and me and a motorcycle toy (that he picked out) from the money Grandma sent and then they gave him a Nerf gun. He had a blast of a day-and mom had to do little work! My kind of birthday!!

What a grown up boy! That was our kinds of celebrations for 4 year olds--maybe just with Grandad, Grandma, Uncle Paul's, and Uncle Burl's family included, instead of the neighbors. He is looking older all the time, lost that toddler look. Except for the picture of him that we still have on our wall from when he was maybe 1.
Happy Birthday Jacob!! Nathan says he is very excited to turn 4 too. I'm glad you had a fun day.
