Easter Eggs

Last Sunday we hid eggs filled with popcorn, cheeze its, M&M's or mini oreos for Tanner - and now he asks if we can do it every day! It was so cute! Today we're having some non-member neighbor friends over after conference to die Easter eggs and have an Easter egg hunt INSIDE (it will be cold and yucky).
Tanner just lights up when he finds those eggs, it's his favorite thing!
What will we do when Easter is over??

(This is Nicole logged in under Dave)......Tanner is fascinated with shoes. He changes shoes constantly, notice 2 different pairs of shoes in the same hour outside. I recently bought him a new pair of sandals and a new pair of batman shoes (surprise, he picked those out) and he puts the batman shoes on within 2 minutes of waking up, honestly. The first thing he does when he gets out of his crib is change his own diaper (pull ups) and put on an entire outfit, shoes and socks and all. Sometimes he comes out of his room all dressed before I even hear him up.
Yesterday he was in the bathroom “washing” the bottom of the batman shoes and I asked him why and he told me he was washing them because they were “dirty”. They looked clean and I asked what he stepped in and he told me he stepped on a cheerio and he was washing it off.
Honestly, I saw one smashed cheerio in the kitchen and that’s what he was washing!!!!! Crazy.

Glad you're having so much fun with Easter egg hunts. We had some good ones with family and friends on those Saturdays before Easter long ago. It is nice when you're Tanner's age and can stretch the fun out over a week or two.

Nicole, guess you'll just have to find something else to hide, or just keep hiding eggs. Tanner won't care if it's not Easter. :)
